I am Dr. Ramiro Gilardino, a physician and global health strategist working at the intersection of science, evidence, and policy.

Over more than two decades, I have worked across the biopharmaceutical industry, global organizations, and international professional societies, helping bridge scientific innovation with health technology assessment, market access, and healthcare decision-making.

My work focuses on connecting evidence, policy, and stakeholder perspectives to advance equitable access to innovation and strengthen the way healthcare systems evaluate and adopt new technologies.
